Using WixCode to Append to <body> or other elements.

I've been looking for ways to add jQuery to my site so I can prepend to the <body> a specific tracking code. I know previously this wasn't possible but was wondering if WixCode allows for this now, and where I can do this? I haven't found any articles or videos relating how to.
