I made a site for a client under our account which is approved for Wix coding. I would like to transfer it to her account, but she is not approved for coding. Will the site still transfer okay?

Yes, it will transfer OK, I did the same. THe new owner gets Wix Code access too.
Oh that is awesome, I actually had a moment of panic about this when my client mentioned taking over the site after launch... we had operated under the assumption that they would gain admin access under our account and for their site. But this is so much better!
