Parsing incoming e-mails in WIX Code

I was thinking of creating some WIX Code that could parse incoming e-mails from WIX Stores. Have anyone thought of this and the power it would give you as a store manager? Creating a dashboard and some stuff not possible in WIX Stores.

I want to use Sendgrid Parse API to receive and parse incoming orders and then send that to my WIX Code Application.

We are still pending the integration with Wix Stores to be able to listen to events and react to them. You can review the previous correspondence regarding a similar scenario here.
