Not a this point, such imput component is not supported now. You can use text input instead.
Although, if you're experienced in devloping, i think you can try to implement such component or take existing free implementation and put it into HTML container and use onMessage functionality for HTML container to send value outsite of the container. https://www.wix.com/code/reference/$w.HtmlComponent.html#onMessage
But this is advanced stuff. No slider support "from the box" now
