Elements auto-resizing and auto-positioning

I previously posted this as a Topic on Wix Support but they told me to ask it on the Wix Code Forum due to the fact that my WebSite uses Wix Code.

When I edit my WebSite, some elements resize automatically. I think it has to do with the Adjust to Objects in the tools. To explain this in a better way, I have a picture where I show some cases where this happens (they're fixed elements and appear on all pages)

Unfortunately there's no Wixcode API to control components' position or size.
