    What will happen to my Wix site if I cancel my premium plan? - 327939618

      I just purchased a premium plan for my site and linked it to a new domain (africaglobalgroup.org) after it refused to reconnect me to my other domain (africaglobalgroup.com), and wanted to manage the settings so that it didn't autorenew my premium plan at the end of the year. According to the instructions on the Support pages it says you should cancel the premium plan, and the premium plan won't be autorenewed in the coming year - a feature that can be toggled with - but after I cancelled the premium plan the system cancelled the existing one instead of not simply cancelling future payments, which is all I wanted to do. I would like to get my site back up, and I need your assistance as soon as possible.

      The premium plan was entirely cancelled because you took the action within the 14 days money back guarantee period.


      To resolve the problem please purchase a new plan and wait 14 days before canceling the Auto-Renewal.
