Can't get email working

First a rant: you have a really great web site creation tool, but having no option besides $5/mailbox via Google is outrageous and will hurt you.
In any case, I just purchased 1 mailbox for blockfacts.com and cannot get it to work. I find your instructions ridiculously difficult and burdensome. Can you explain to me in simple terms how I can get my new email Bob@blockfacts.com to work or how I can cancel the purchase. Thanks.

I'm disappointed with wix on this. First, it has been hours, but still no response. Second, in checking prior support responses as well as your youtube movie, the solution was to contact godaddy and get my email records. I contacted them, but since I never bought email thru them they had nothing to provide of use. They said that all that you should need is info from Google. Please fix this as soon as possible.

I see that you have successfully purchased and set up your mailbox. It is up and running.
Are you experiencing a problem with receiving emails?
To access your mailbox: Sign in to your Wix account > from the top menu, hover over Subscriptions > click Mailboxes > next to the relevant mailbox, click Manage.
On the Mailbox Summary page, under Manage Settings, click Login to mailbox or Login to admin control panel > select an existing account or click Add account to add a new one.
Note: If you already have a Google Apps account or a Gmail account, you may be asked, by default, to log in to that account. If this is not the correct account: click on Sign in with a different account > click Add Account > enter your full admin username- email@example.com.
You can also sign into your mailbox directly through Gmail.com. Simply enter your entire Google Apps email address, including @mydomain.com, and your password.
