Unable to Sign In to Your Wix Account: Forgot Password

If you are unable to sign in to your Wix account because you have forgotten your password, you can have a reset link sent to your email address. From there, you can create a new password to sign in to your Wix account.
To have a password reset link sent to your email:
- Go to the Wix Log In page.
- Enter your email address and click Continue with Email.
Note: If you're not sure which email address you used, try our email locator. - Click the Forgot Password?.
- Select Forgot my password and click Next.
- Enter your email address and click Send.
- Check your email and follow the instructions to create your new password.
If your email address exists in our system, you'll receive an email with the link to reset your password. Be sure to check your spam or junk folders.
If you don't receive the email, make sure that you entered your email address correctly in the steps above.

Clear your browser’s cache and try again
Check that cookies aren’t blocked in your browser
Recover your account
