Resolving Email Issues
To resolve email issues:
- If your domain is connected to Wix via Name Servers: Please ask your domain hosting company for the MX records and enter them in the domains section of your Wix account. click here to learn more.
- If your domain is connected to Wix via pointing: Please contact your domain host for assistance with managing your mail-related records as your DNS records are managed via your domain host.
- If you have purchased personalized emails from Wix: Please follow the instructions here.
Note: It may take up to 72 hours for any changes that you make to be updated.
