Resolving Email Issues
To resolve email issues:
- If your domain is connected to Wix via Name Servers: Ask your domain hosting company for the MX records and enter them in the domains section of your Wix account. click here to learn more.
- If your domain is connected to Wix via pointing: Contact your domain host for assistance with managing your mail-related records as your DNS records are managed via your domain host.
