How do I add anchors to my Wix site (Old Editor)?
An anchor is a position marker which allows you to link to a specific location on any of the pages of your site. Click here for a demo!
To add an anchor: From the left side of the Editor, click the Add icon > click Buttons & Menus > click Anchor.
Click the Anchor to select it > from the pop-up menu, click Settings > under Anchor Name, enter a name for your anchor > drag the anchor to the desired location on your page.
To link an element to an anchor: Click the element to select it > from the pop-up menu, click Link To > click Anchor > under Which page is the anchor on? select the relevant page > under Select an anchor to link to:, select the relevant anchor > click OK.
Note: To link text to an anchor you will need to highlight the relevant text, click the Link icon and then click Anchor.
