    Why was an automatic payment taken from my credit card?

    To simplify the billing process for our users we offer yearly and monthly subscriptions, which are billed, automatically, on a yearly or monthly basis, depending on the subscription that you have chosen. 

    The automatic payment that was taken is most likely for the renewal of one of your subscriptions, such as your premium plan, domain, Google Apps mailbox or app upgrade.

    You can find out more information by checking your invoices.

    To view your invoices: Sign in to your Wix account > at the top right of the page, hover over the user panel > click Billing & Payments.
    Next to the relevant service, click Manage > next to Invoices, click View Invoices > click the invoice to open it.
