    Updating Card Details After Payment Failure

    Once you have updated your payment details, our system automatically retries to process your payment.

    If however your Premium Plan was canceled before you were able to update your credit card information, you need to purchase a new Premium Plan for your site.

    To check if your Premium Plan was canceled:

    1. Access Billing & Payments in your account.
    2. Check the status of the plan in the Status column.
