Updating Card Details After Payment Failure
If you have added a new credit card, our system will automatically retry the card and process your payment.
If however your Premium Plan was canceled before you were able to update your credit card information, you need to purchase a new Premium Plan for your site.
To check if your premium plan was canceled:
- Sign in to your Wix account.
- Hover over the user panel at the top right of the page.
- Click Billing & Payments.
- Check the status of the plan in the Status column.
