Refunds for Premium Plans
If you are having trouble building your Wix site, connecting your domain or mailbox, or any other matter, our Customer Support team are here for you and are more than happy to assist.

If you cancel:
- Within the first 14 days: You receive a full refund.
- After the first 14 days: You can turn off your Premium Plan's autorenewal and it will be canceled on the next expiration date:
- Monthly Plan: Your Premium Plan will expire the following month. You must pay for it until the subscription ends.
- Yearly Plan: Your Premium Plan will expire the following year. You must pay for it until the subscription ends.
Note: Please allow up to 20 business days for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Important: Domain names, mailboxes and apps are not refundable.
