    Not Received Refund for Canceled Premium Plan

    How-to Article

    Important: Wix Premium Plans are only refundable if canceled within the first 14 days.

    If you canceled within the first 14 days:
    • Please allow up to 20 business days for the funds to settle in your account.
    • If you do not receive your refund after 20 business days, please submit a ticket below to for further assistance.

    Tip: If you canceled within the first 24 hours, it is possible that your payment might have been voided and the charges dropped entirely. In this case, the refund does not show in your account.
