    If my payment failed and I added a new card, when will the new payment be processed?

    If you have added a new credit card, our system will automatically retry the card and process your payment. 

    If, however, your premium plan was canceled before you were able to update your credit card information, you will need to purchase a new premium plan for your site.

    To check if your premium plan was canceled: Sign in to your Wix account > at the top right of the page, hover over the user panel > click Billing & Payments > check the status of the plan in the Status column.
