    Canceling a Wix Premium Plan

    If you are having trouble building your Wix site, connecting your domain or mailbox, or any other matter, our Customer Support team are here for you and are more than happy to assist.

    • Premium Plans are only eligible for a full refund within the first 14 day trial period.
    • If you cancel within the 14 day trial period, your plan is canceled immediately.
    • If you want to turn off the auto-renewal for your plan (so that it does not renew the following year), make sure to wait until the 14 day trial period has ended.

    To cancel a Premium Plan:

    1. Sign in to your Wix account.
    2. Hover over the user panel at the top right of the page.
    3. Click Billing & Payments.
    4. Click Manage next to the relevant Premium Plan under Package Subscriptions.
    5. Click Cancel payments next to Next payment.

    If you are having trouble canceling your Premium Plan, please contact billing@wix.com and we will assist you with the cancellation process.

    Important: Canceling your Wix Premium Plan does not cancel any domain, app or mailbox subscriptions that you have with Wix.
