    Canceling a Wix Premium Plan

    If you are having trouble building your Wix site, connecting your domain or mailbox, or any other matter, our Customer Support team are here for you and are more than happy to assist.

    Tip: Premium Plans are only eligible for a full refund within the first 14 day trial period.

    To cancel a Premium Plan:

    1. Sign in to your Wix account.
    2. Hover over the user panel at the top right of the page.
    3. Click Billing & Payments.
    4. Click Manage next to the relevant Premium Plan under Package Subscriptions.
    5. Click Cancel payments next to Next payment.

    If you are having trouble canceling your Premium Plan, please contact billing@wix.com and we will assist you with the cancellation process.

    Important: Cancelling your Wix Premium Plan does not cancel any domain, app or mailbox subscriptions that you have with Wix.
