Site Height

1 min read
One of the features of a Wix site is that the page height does not have a predetermined size. Your pages adjust their height dynamically according to the content that you add. If you add more text or elements, your pages become longer in order to accommodate them.
  • To make your page longer: Click the element located at the bottom of your page (or any element that you'd like to move downward) and drag it down using the Drag Handle.
  • To make your page shorter: Click the element located at the bottom of your page, and resize it using the Stretch Handle or drag it upwards using the Drag Handle.

Note: Page length is currently limited to a minimum of 500 pixels and a maximum of 60,000 pixels.

Tip:

If there is a space below your footer, and there is no element in that area, then the space is likely only visible when using a screen size that is larger than the site length. This happens because the browser screen you are using is trying to fill the entire screen. You won't see the gap below the footer using all screen sizes.
