If you receive this failure message when trying to transfer your domain to Wix, it means that it is not possible to transfer your domain to Wix due to the technical limitations of our transfer system.
In this case, you can keep the domain hosted with your current domain host and connect the domain to your Wix site using name servers or pointing.
Important:
- If your domain transfer fails, you are refunded for the payment. The refund appears on your credit card statement within 20 business days.
