Google Workspace: Canceling Your Business Email Renewal

You can always cancel your Google Workspace if you no longer need a business email. This does not cancel the email immediately, rather it prevents it from renewing automatically at the end of the subscription period.

Important:
The renewal charge is attempted up to 30 days before the yearly anniversary of the purchase. Make sure to turn off auto renewal before this date to prevent your subscription from renewing. To see your next charge, go to Next Payment Due on your Subscriptions page.
Canceling your business email
- Go to Subscriptions in your Wix account.
- Click the More Actions icon
next to the relevant business email. - Click Cancel business email.
- Select the I still want to cancel checkbox.
- Click Cancel business email.
