Our new quarterly series dives into the ever-expanding world of web design. Our Second topic—Exploring Creative Boundaries through Technology —will explore various case studies as our speakers unpack their creative process and the challenges of taking beautiful design to a digital experience.
MEET THE SPEAKERS
Talia Cotton
Cotton Agency
Talia Cotton is a designer, coder, creative entrepreneur, and leading specialist in the intersection of branding and technology. She is the Founder & Creative Director of Cotton, an award-winning design and technology agency and consultancy. Prior to Cotton, Talia spearheaded the design and development of data-driven and algorithmic brand identities on two teams at Pentagram, working alongside design giants Michael Bierut and Giorgia Lupi. Talia also teaches Interaction Design and Advanced Coding at Parsons School of Design, inspiring designers to pursue the study of code.
Rich Tu
Sunday Afternoon
Rich Tu is a first-generation Filipino-American designer and artist based in Brooklyn, NY. He is a Partner and Executive Creative Director at Sunday Afternoon. He has held leadership roles at Jones Knowles Ritchie, MTV Entertainment Group, and Nike Inc. Rich has won the ADC Young Guns award and the Paul Manship Medallion. His solo exhibit, Human Response, was nominated for a Webby Award. He hosts the Webby-nominated podcast First Generation Burden, which focuses on diversity in the creative industry, and co-founded the COLORFUL awards to support early career BIPOC creatives.
Hezi Jacob

Hezi Jacob, based in Tel Aviv, is a Creative R&D at "Studio Video" - Wix Studio's Creative Lab. Hezi is a skilled 3D artist and motion designer. His work focuses on applying new ideas, techniques, and technologies in digital and physical visual experiences. Hezi has played a key role in various company events and campaigns.
