As Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will:
- Play a major role in achieving the company’s growth goals.
- Advise and partner closely with hiring managers.
- Be responsible for assessment processes, including conducting face to face interviews.
- Own your data, and use it to build your strategy.
- Develop innovative and engaging candidate sourcing strategies to recruit the best talent.
- Manage the full recruitment process for multiple roles, from interviews to the feedback stage.
- Create a unique and memorable experience for candidates.
- Be an ambassador for our culture and mission.
