Wix’s Customer Support department–a group of experts who use our unique understanding of Wix products to provide support and inspiration to over 170 million users around the world! We’re responsible for collecting valuable user feedback to improve Wix’s products and creating, translating and localizing content for the Wix’s Knowledge Base. We work in small teams to allow everyone to express their creativity & we never stop learning.
A native French speaker who’s comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. It would be great if you have experience working in a technical environment, have worked in customer solutions in the past and have experience in translation.
As a Customer Solutions Expert, you will:
- Provide Wix users with technical solutions.
- Analyze user behavior, content suitability and relevance to determine their effect on user satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relations and satisfaction.
- Act as the liaison between users' voice and product designers, providing recommendations on how to constantly improve our Wix product in each country.
- Influence the way we support our users and improve it to make sure our users’ experience is the best possible.
- Work with all other departments and product teams, and liaise with them about our users’ needs.
