Wix’s Payments Customer Solutions team - a group of experts who use our unique understanding of Wix products to provide support and inspiration to over 150 million users around the world! We’re responsible for collecting valuable user feedback to improve Wix’s products in the world of payments, collections, and billing, and play a vital part in moving the company forward.

A natural leader and native English speaker who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. You have experience working in customer solutions and have analysis and project management skills. You are very passionate about customer support and keep up to date with best practices in the industry. You are interested in Billing and the world of numbers and payments. You embrace the challenges of global communication and love working as part of a team. You take ownership of every project you touch and love to take initiative.
As a Customer Solutions Expert, you will:
- Provide Wix users with technical solutions.
- Analyze user behavior, content suitability, and relevance to determine their effect on user satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relations and satisfaction.
- Influence the way we support our users and improve it to make sure our users’ experience is the best possible.
- Work with all other departments and product teams, and liaise with them about our users’ needs.
- Dive into the world of Billing - understand churn, conversion, payments, and retention.
