Wix’s Legal Customer Solutions team - a group of experts who use our unique understanding of Wix products to provide support and inspiration from a legal aspect to over 160 million users around the world! We’re responsible for understanding the ever-developing legal and privacy worlds, and assisting both our users and the company in this realm. We work in small teams to allow everyone to express their creativity and we never stop learning.
A natural leader and native English speaker who’s comfortable working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. You have experience working in customer solutions, and you have analysis and project management skills. You’re passionate about customer support and stay up to date with best practices in the industry. You’re also interested in the legal and privacy world, and understand its complexities. You embrace the challenges of global communication and love working as part of a team. You’re great at taking ownership of every project you touch and love to take initiative.
As a Customer Solutions Expert, you will:
- Provide Wix users with solutions regarding privacy and abuse.
- Analyze user behavior, content suitability and relevance to determine their effect on user satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relations and satisfaction.
- Influence the way we support our users and improve it to make sure our users’ experience is the best possible.
- Work with all other departments and product teams, including the Legal department of Wix, and liaise with them about our users’ needs.
