Head of US Site Operations

We’re looking for a Head of US Site Operations to be based in our San Francisco office who is able to travel both domestically and internationally, reporting to the General Manager, US.

You are:

Service-oriented, a team player, and a problem-solver who wants and is able to respond quickly to the needs of our employees. You have 15+ years’ experience in team management, including building, motivating and developing teams.

You’re not afraid to get your hands dirty and have experience overseeing office operations, including facilities, vendors, budgets and purchasing. You’re great at building relationships with employees to better understand their needs and collaborating with other functional groups such as IT and finance. You have experience working with outside advisors and vendors and thrive working in a constantly changing, dynamic environment.

As the Head of US Site Operations, you will:

  • Lead, manage and develop the Operations teams in each US site that oversee each office’s daily operations.
  • Take the lead in creating a dynamic and supportive work environment that lets our employees concentrate entirely on producing results.
  • Plan and track the Operations budget for all US sites, working closely with the Finance team.
  • Implement the Wix culture into the office environment and employee events.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for US-related Operations advisors and vendors such as real estate advisors, legal counsel, facility management vendors, event planners, food and beverage vendors, etc.
  • Work closely with the Purchasing team to negotiate Operations vendor contracts and agreements.
  • Lead any required US office build-outs and improvement projects, coordinating with internal team members and working with various outside advisors, vendors and contractors.
  • Coordinate with the Global Wix Operations team to bring consistency and improve office operations and procedures.
  • Lead the teams in each office that plan and implement in-house or off-site activities like team celebrations, happy hours for employees, etc.
  • Coordinate with the IT department on all IT-related equipment needs.
  • Work closely with the Finance and HR teams in implementing and streamlining processes and procedures.
