A Sales Operations professional with 5+ years’ experience working within a Revenue/Sales operations role. You’re a problem solver who loves identifying, diagnosing, and resolving problems. You know how to prioritize critical issues and map long-term departmental needs. You are an expert at Salesforce with at least 4 years' experience.
As a Revenue Operations professional, you will:
- Use defined metrics (turnover, yield, cost of sales) to assess productivity and other key KPIs to determine corrective actions.
- Manage the assignment of accounts to sales managers, taking into account the balance of opportunities within the team.
- Help design and rollout of Sales and Sales leadership compensation plans, managing commission plan administration, quota management, and performance tracking.
- Own Sales/Executive Reporting, including Revenue Forecasts & Business KPIs, Sales Cycle Metrics, Trends & Comparatives, and Segmentation/Analysis.
- Work cross-functionally to develop growth plans for new geographies and market segments.
