VP of Inside Sales – Partners

The Wix Partners team. We’re focused on creating and cultivating relationships with agencies/partners globally, demonstrating that Wix is the best fit for them and their clientele, and broadening our reach in the marketplace. 

We’re looking for a VP of sales to lead our Inside Sales team and grow our client base with a focus on top strategic partners. 

You are:

A smart and motivated sales executive with at least 8 years of sales experience and 5 years of experience leading/coaching a sales organization. Your strong leadership skills, sales skills and ability to lead by example are evident in everything you do. In addition, you’re top performer that always get things done.

You’re a master networker, having established relationships with SMBs and you know how to utilize those connections to create and drive both new & existing business opportunities.

You’re a results-driven, competitive, and hungry salesperson who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment.

You have the necessary drive to create open and effective communication channels, while delivering the value of our platform as the best on the market. You have experience working with agencies or digital marketing companies, and are an excellent verbal and written communicator. You are a strong manager and have experience leading, coaching, training and developing team members.

As the VP of Inside Sales, you will:

  • Own and manage the entire inside sales process/cycle from top to bottom & shape the sales strategy.
  • Set and achieve revenue targets according to company goals and own all Partners’ sales conversion metrics & monthly or annual sales goals.
  • Work closely with the Partners Marketing team on generating leads and on developing & optimizing messaging to increase sales team effectiveness. 
  • Cultivate and maintain deep relationships with both current clients and new prospects, focusing on SMB and strategic partners.
  • Own the overall team performance and pacing towards our business goals.
  • Be a subject matter expert in your domain, constantly review market to determine customer’s changing needs.
  • Plan the Sales’ team HC & structure to achieve aggressive business goals.
  • Drive your team to expand knowledge and nurture professional development and performance.
  • Identify and engage with potential agency partners & create new partnerships with agencies, setting them up for success with the Wix platform & growing our customer base.
