BDR Manager – Wix Answers

The Wix Answers team. Wix Answers is a Customer Support Platform that was developed and built in-house to support our more than 160 million users worldwide. Recently, Wix started selling its customer support platform to SMBs, Mid-Market companies and enterprises that want to create better customer experiences for their brands.

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) Manager to join our growing sales team. This person will have the opportunity to directly manage and grow a team that has an impact on the growth of our business through top of sales-funnel activities. 

You are:

A Sales Manager with at least 3 years’ experience working within the BDR/SDR function and a year’s experience leading a team. You're passionate about growing into a career in a sales leadership team and focused on self-development and excellence. You’re an excellent verbal and written communicator and can organize work and tasks. You’re attentive to detail and always follow through.

As a BDR Manager, you will:

  • Motivate BDRs to exceed goals through coaching, incentives and development programs.
  • Maintain key performance metrics and dashboards to help BDRs focus on maximizing performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and revenue leadership on best practices and initiatives to source a new pipeline in green field accounts.
  • Nurture the professional development of BDRs.
  • Identify, design and implement new processes designed to optimize business performance at a high-growth company.
