When a user buys an item from your store they receive an email thanking them for the order with a foot note at the bottom to contact EMAIL and PHONE number for questions reguarding your order. In my website, we have different roles that manage membership, general questions, website questions, and store orders. The email a customer receives pulls the email address and phone number from Site Dashboard/Settings/General Settings. In my case that email is the president of the club and NOT the person responsible for shipping store orders.
I had to remove club president email and phone number and replace with the person that handles the store/products/inventory/orders/shipping. It would be better if we had separate settings in dashboard for Store Manager, or optionally, on the Thank You Page on Store Orders have values that could be used instead of the main website contact info.
