It would be great to have the option to save notes about what was added or modified when saving or publishing a site. I know that you can sort of do this through the site history manager, but the process is inconvenient and very limited as you have to overwrite the date the site was saved or published and the number of words you can type are very few.
This feels like it would be a great feature addition and one that would be easy to implement. It would make looking through the site history MUCH more helpful, especially when more than one person is working on the site.
Taking it a step further, adding some kind of functionality that highlights the difference between site versions, but this seems like it would be a bit complicated to implement.
