I can't wrap my head around this new automation/workflows tools.
As you can see from my website we are music marketing agency.
www.wmrmedia.com What I would want to create is something like this:
1. A Customer submits a form 2. After form has been created, there is different automations sent to him each time, when we have update on his campaign.
Sending an email when we have press releases done ( can we create the automation and edit it for each client seperately and schedule the automation for the whole month up front?) Example: We have 5 blogs done for client, we need to schedule them out for whole month sending every blog in separate email every 4 days.)
Sending Marketing Tips ( This can be generic email for all clients )
Sending Update when his music is posted on X playlist or Y playlist or Z playlist ( everything has to be editable for each automation as it's very personalized for every client )
I have currently created an automation for each step + added it so it moves the cards in workflow. This works exactly how I want it to work, but the problem I run into now is this:
I have 21 automation set up to serve only 1 client. I'm wondering if it's possible to somehow get it to take 'screenshots', 'links' from some database and change it for every email sent so it's relatable to him.
Or somehow to keep my current automation and edit it specifically for each client for month upfront.
I have a fully workable system created but I just don't understand how I can enroll 20 clients on there so they each receive their own email with their press releases and updates.
I hope it makes sense, as it's hard myself to explain what I need.
