Is anyone else experiencing this? Login and signup aren’t working in my sites, and I am logging server errors. Wix Support (what a misnomer!) is absolutely a waste of time.

Ive just noticed that both my login, sign up forms are not working
Wixsupport is blaming the code but it has been working flawlessly for months.
Keep telling me i need to add a members dataset to the page but i cannot find any documentation on how to do this properly

Well you actually provided yours and I amended mine to suit but still had no success 
I wonder if the OP is still having the issue?
I’ve not heard anything personally or seen anything about since these last posts, so I don’t know if the issue is still ongoing or not for other users.
Cross fingers that Wix are busy working to solve the issue and it is sorted very soon.
Have you contacted Wix Support to see if they know of any ongoing issues?

The replies I got were worse than that.
I repeatedly spoke on the phone with “support” and tried to get them to tell someone knowledgeable about this. Instead I was told several times to try to renew the password. When I explained that I can prove it’s a problem on the server end as I’m logging errors, I was asked for a screenshot. Then I was told there’s a department meeting and they’ll be in touch with me in a day. After that day, I got the same recommendations and requests again in email…
In the mean time, my main site seems to be working again. But a copy of that site is still behaving very weird last time I checked. After logging in, parts of the site behaved as logged in and parts not. And some datasets aren’t properly referencing a user.

Allas… today Wix finally managed to recreate this issue and is not looking into it.
As we suspected the issue is not with the code but with the wix servers.
I’ll be sure to update with anything I get from them
they managed to recreate it but are NOT looking into it? or did you mean they are now looking into it?
How did you get them to do that?
@olesiaz thanks, but as I wrote, it started working again on my main site. I didn’t test the copy site yet since then, occupied with other urgent matters.
Quick update on this.
Wix have now fixed this, although they wouldn’t tell me what was wrong, just they found the issue and fixed it.
Anything wix-users related on a light nox should now be working, if yours isn’t then contact wix again and link this thread and my other thread as that’s what I did to get them to look into it.
All seemed ok for a few days. Today I announced the website to a limited amount of users. While signup and login are working, the email verification step of signup is failing sporadically with internal server errors. I put that into another post as it’s arguably a new issue. But alltogether these stability issues are a disaster
