Unable to update database

I’m having a problem with one of my databases. I can’t update it from my sandbox environment and when i try and access the live database I get an error “data load failed”. I can access other databases just fine but this one is weird.

Sometimes it will open and if I try to delete something it will error like below.

Getting the same issue, and when I copy from live to the sandbox, i have to do it a couple times for all field data to fully convert.

I get that message above alot…
