Transfer domain from godaddy to wix. How?

  1. I bought a domain from godaddy few days ago, and i wanted to change it to wix. But it mentioned that it needed 60 days to unlock the domain. Is there any other ways I can do it in a shorter time?

  2. I bought premium plan for my A website (example www.A.com) , but after that i accidentally design my website on another site B(Which is not under premium plan). Can i move my premium plan from A to B that i have already spent a few days to design?
