My newly registerred company serves as a Business Introduction Service. We introduce investors to companies wanting to raise funds by selling some of their equity or taking a loan secured against equity and we introduce companies wanting to raise funds to potential investors. I am legally authorised to provide this service to companies/people who subscribe to my services only. How do I create a website where people visiting can only gain access to the investors and borrowers once they have subscribed to my services? Also, upon registration they must accept the terms and conditions of my service to gain access.
