I´ve been having this problem for two days now: when I set a submit button to send the form data the box goes blank and there´s nothing else I can do:

As your issue is simply about the submit button added through Wix Editor, then you should be going through Wix Support themselves as this forum is for all code related issues on your page.

However, if you have added a submit button, then make sure that you have followed the tutorial here and that you have made sure that your dataset is set up correctly too.

Note:
You can only create a Submit button connected to a dataset that is set to Read & Write or Write-only mode.
