Submit Button Actions -How do we connect the PayPal html code to the submit button in the database of the form?

What we’re trying to do using a database is create a submit button that records the information in the form and also sends the person to a payment page. We’re using PayPal html code to create the button. We also want the button to have the same design as the website.
