I want to sort my dataset but when I click on ’ manage dataset ’ to apply the sort I do not get any further options. See pic attached. What is the reason for this?

Hi Yisrael - no- I cant scroll the dataset settings box
there is no scroll bar. I think this is the problem. Maybe my browser or system issue.

OK, I was pretty sure you weren’t able to scroll, but just wanted to be sure.
Whoa, you are pretty much out of date. Not sure if that’s the cause, since I don’t have such a system available to test on. Are you able to test it out on a newer system?
What about your Sales collection? What’s that look like? I just want to be sure there’s nothing wonky about it.

my sales database is a number of columns including dates, numbers, text, documents, images, email, and number formats and a few URL columns the system has created for dynamic link fields
i am almost certain this is browser issue but i have no more modern system available
OK, the database sounds normal.
I agree that it sounds like a browser issue. Afraid I can’t help you about that as there are probably minimum requirements regarding “supported by” issues.
If you can wangle a way to test on a newer system, let us know how it goes.
