I confess I am a very basic user, but I’ve learned a lot in building my own site.
Something is happening right now that is driving me absolutely insane. In my store I am trying to add a product collection that contains only two products. I want these products to appear vertically, one on top, one below.
I have tried this ten times now, with the same result every time. I am successful in adding the collection to my store page, but every time this happens it automatically puts it into a slider gallery showing only one product.
How do I tell the dang program to stop doing this? I’ve spent hours and can find nowhere to turn off this slider function and just give me a regular ol’ column with two products.
I’m a novice, but I must say I find the WIX interface very clunky, illogical and confusing. I’m certain I will find a new website builder in the future.
Anyway, can someone help me solve this? I don’t understand why something so simple is so hard to do.
