Share blog post not available

I googled and followed all the instructions on enabling a share to facebook option for my blog posts, but i couldn’t find those settings at all. There are no social settings when i click on my blog and select setting. Can someone help please.

I’m hoping to add a small share to facebook button at every post. Those links doesn’t seem to do that.
