SendGrid Code Not Working?

I set up a Wix Code form and followed Nayeli’s tutorial and double-checked the Wix tutorial but neither work when it’s time for my client to receive the email from SendGrid with the form submission.

I’m attaching all the codes as images.

Check your SendGrid e-mail account and see if SpamCop blocked it (which I believe it does if you don’t a paid account).

Thanks. I’ve been looking all over SendGrid, where can I find these settings?

I’m not sure; I found out info. from someone else. You could contact SendGrid technical support.
