is it possible to make a button , when clicked, chooses one of the texts in a hidden list ( predefined by me ) and shows it randomly ?

You can look at this post to see how this is done. Instead of using URLs as the example in the post, just use the strings as text and set a text field to that string.

I would suggest that in order to get started, take a look at Wix Code Basics and the other docs on that page. There are also some nice video tutorials which explain step-by-step what to do. These will help you figure out how to add the code, how to give your buttons and fields names, and other basic concepts that you’ll need in order to start.
It’s not really that hard. Just play around a little and then come back with your questions.
