I want to make a search criteria menu in a d floating box similar to “wix tollbar” is it possible ? how?

Did you had a look at the Wix Help Center document for " Pinning an Element " already?
With this ‘pinning’ you can realize a box that is floating above the page without moving while scrolling up and down… inside this pinned box you could attach the ‘search criteria menu’.
