please help! Grocery Cart questions

Hello,
Im trying to build a site with functioning grocery cart and have run into some walls. TWO QUESTIONS:

  1. Some of my customers make several orders a month and are billed all at once at the end of the month. Instead just one payment option (paying with visa, mastcar etc) I need an alternative button that says “company billing” which allows the customer to submit a grocery cart order without paying for it on the spot. Is this possible? Do i need to hire a coder to make this happen?

  2. some of my customers prefer a large PDF they can order on and then submit. is this possible with coding?
