Hello, i am using pay api to collect payments on my website, is there any possibility to cancel the automatic confirmation email? or change the name it came from? its came from mysite-4 which is not the name of the website since i am in premium program

If you are talking about the automated email that gets sent by Wix, then you can’t change that currently.
It is the same with other Wix apps like Wix Forms where an automated email gets sent out by Wix even if you setup and send out your own customised email yourself.
As for the Wix website name, then you need to go to your Wix Dashboard and look at the name of your Wix website.

The fact that you are on mysite-4, means that you must either have mysite1 to mysite3 in your My Sites list in your Wix Dashboard too, or you have deleted them and they are either in your trash or have been removed already.
To change your Wix website name then you simply use the link already given above for renaming your site.

The name of the site has already been changed from the default name provided,
so it doesn’t seem to fix the problem.
