Page contributor Error - Preview mode

Hey all,

I am working on a website and all is fine. When I added a contributor to check the proccess, he viewd it (in different computers, also with the same resolution as mine) with white borders on the sides. Like the page isn’t responsive for different screens.
What can be the problem?
