Need dedicated IP (not shared), how to?

For the life of me, I can’t find a way to get a dedicated IP assigned to my domain. Long time user, already pay for the upgraded account.

Background:
A shared account has been problematic for us.

  1. Bing.com lists our business with the WRONG domain name because the wrong domain name they list is on the same shared IP as our domain name. They say a 3rd party provides them the data and they can’t/won’t fix it. A dedicated IP (not shared) would solve this problem.

  2. Due to our use case, we have a very restrictive firewall filtering internet access. It uses a 3rd party company to categorize domains as allowed/not allowed. As domains that share the same IP as our site get categorized and sometimes blocked by the 3rd party, our own website gets blocked.

How do I order a dedicated IP (not shared) from wix.com?

Yeah, I tried contacting them and they kept just sending me canned answers that were not related to my question. I gave up.
