Mobile Preview not the same as Published view

I’ve spent 3 days aligning and realigning all elements in Mobile view only to have everything out of place when published. I’ve gone through all tutorials - used Container Boxes, Group Elements and created smaller text boxes - No Improvement. Any ideas? At wit’s end
