Member Sign-up to specific Group and restricted access

I have 2 pages each to be accessed by specific members of a Group of my site only Ex. Page A can be accessed by members who belong to Group A and Page B should be only accessed by members who belong to Group B

  1. Do we have an option to customize sign-up so that i can also add specific groups for users to choose when they register

  2. How can i restrict members of one group from accessing pages that are targeted to other groupds
