Ok so I have a site and I have login stuff working. Currently anyone I approve can log in and see there profile type page. I want to separate customer and employee login. Perhaps they will be able to view different pages. I also want to have a page where the customer can see some information (i.e. status of there order, service agreement information, who there sales rep is, the things they have already got, so on). I want the employee to be able to view what any customer has and be able to edit this information. This way an employee can keep track of all customers and what they need, want, and have. The customer can view all his information and maybe request things like support ticket.
I have looked into creating a database and a dynamic page but haven't seen much in the way of pages that only show there stuff and so on.
added bonus for something like live chat on the website but only for customers logged on and perhaps an employee that is logged on can chat with them.
